Ijax Configuration

Your service will be precisely configured by Iguana to meet your needs:

  • What IP addresses can access the service
  • Whether authentication can be skipped
  • What origins and referers are allowed
  • What exchanges can be accessed
  • What ticker codes can be accessed
  • What data formats can be returned
  • Whether guests or users can access the service
  • Whether guests and users can receive live data
  • Whether indices are always live
  • The maximum number of depth levels that can be returned
  • Whether individual orders can be returned
  • Whether extended order information can be returned
  • Which firm's extended order information will be returned
  • Whether total count and volume of order queues can be returned
  • Whether recent news items can be included
  • The maximum number of recent news items that can be included
  • The maximum date range that can be returned
  • The minimum date that can be returned
  • Whether results can be stored for paging through
  • How long stored results are kept for
  • The maximum number of result lines that can be returned

In addition, the following defaults will be set up, possibly on a per module basis, so that you do not need to pass them as parameters to each query:

  • What version of the service you will see by default
  • What exchange will be used by default
  • What code will be used by default, e.g. for Investor Relations services
  • What data format you will see by default
  • Whether guests and users receive live data by default
  • Whether to GZIP by default
  • Whether stocks will be returned by default
